Ok so we had our first weekend in the new house what a weekend, Chris and I were both deathly ill along with his parents and somehow we still managed to get alot done, I ripped out the carpet out of both bedrooms, We replaced all of the exterior locks and doors, we worked on the back yard, we continued to sweep and sweep and sweep some more lol! its not there yet but it will be soon! YAY! just a short and sweet update!

An Evening of Dance

My Sister Jade, Is one of the most talented dancers I ahve ever seen in my life. When she takes the stage she has this presence and I immediately am focused only on her throughout the entire program. She can move your soul by her ability to take even the smallest Plie.

So Over the weekend I was thankfully allowed by my husband to take the 3 hour trip to Palatka, Fl Home of Florida School of the arts. (Floarts) to See Jade perform in her first showcase since going away to college. She was a vision on stage and has completely surpassed my expectations for her ability. She was absolutely breathtaking





This is the Piece that Jade had lead in this piece was so amazing. that is her on top of the stairs, this piece also included her hanging upside down in a full split from a rope ladder hung from the rafters.


THis is also her in the middle with the top hat on dancing over the over the girls' arms





This piece was cute she had to act sexy and asked me not to make fubne


Jade, Dance like the star you are Always! You are and always will be my Star!! Follow your dreams Baby! I cant wait for 3 weeks of Having you home.

And to all of the rest of the FloArts Dancers you guys were amazing. Thank you for hanging out after the show too! I had a blast! XOXOXOXO

Our Forever Miracle.

Ok so after a long treacherous(sp) journey to where we want to be in life, with alot of break downs and upsets and flat tires along the way, we may have finally come to a significant mile marker in this road we call life.

and only with many thanks to My grandparents (Nanny and Poppy) and My In-laws ( mom adn David) and their friends Bob and Caroline.

we are finally on our way to owning our own home and fixing the horrible past financial mistakes we have made. As well as giving our Angels the life they deserve.

Aysia and Addy, Mommy and daddy do everything we do for you girls and this is 100% for you girls (ok with a little satisfaction for Mommy and Daddy)

So its not much to look at right now but it will be Home when we are done with it!

A little about me and mine......

I am the mom to Two of the most amazing lil Brats you will ever meet Aysia Serene and Addyson Reese.




This is my Oldest Aysia Serene she just turned 4 and is the epitomy of the prettiest Fairy Princess you will ever meet and she will tell you her name is Princess Aysia. She is the girliest girl I have ever met and Im not really sure where she gets that from, Because mommy is DEFINITELY NOT Girly!!!



And Addyson Reese Should have been my little boy! She loves to rough house her sister and play with Dirt. That is definitely my child.


And of Course I wouldnt have those two little *Angels* and I use that term Loosely with out the *man of my dreams and the best father ever* again loosely.... My Husband Chris.



So there they are in all there glory my Prized Possessions and the reasons I HAVE to get out of bed in the morning. The Renaud Family!!!

Ok my End of year Resolution, I never stick to these but By god Im gonna try my damndest this year. From here on out I vow to stay up with my blogs! and get more involved in the mommy blogging community. I enjoy reading all of the other moms but never have time to write. a day in the life of toddler sisters

the girls, the girls.....THE GIRLS!!!

I like to pride myself on my children being rather well behaved when in public and always get complimented on what little angels they are... IN PUBLIC....

At home however have a mixture of a 1.5 y/o bully that antagonizes her older much whinier 3.5 y/o sister to the point of an almost bipolar episode.... I meanscreaming yelling throwing things type of meltdown which then they both end up in time out whining and crying the typical MOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMYYYYYYY!!!!!

Then we get to dinner time.... While the younger of the two "angels" will sit in her high chair and gladly devour anything that goes in front of her.(even if not edible) THe older "angel" it is usually nothing short of me standing and feeding the almost four yr old because she "doesnt like" ANYTHING!!!!

Then baths and bed time is nothing short of a catastrophe and when did we get to the "mooooommmmmmyyyy i need a drink" every five minutes stage?

The Newness......Or lack thereof

Just thought Id pop in and do an update.........There you are all updated. Not too much is new in my little barbie land. THe kids are great and growing like weeds. the hubs and I are both working our rear ends off to feed the kids. and yup thats about it! Trying to get some things off the ground for some other business ventures and of course get back into school before Its too late. Other than that just SSDD!!!

Forever in our Hearts!

Friday....FUNDAY...NOT!?!?!?

So its Friday which should be a joyous occasion all in itself.... It is now because the hands on the clock are getting close to 5 pm..... HOWEVER The day started painfully Early at 5: am .... Here is why.... DUMB "WANT TO HELP THE WORLD ME" Decided seeing how I dont have enough to do when I get home from work with 2 screaming hungry children and a screaming hungry husband,we have huge clients in the office today, So I decide Instead of catering in a lunch or Brunch, I'll do it myself.... WHICH I LOVE TO DO... So up till 11:30last night making platters cutting onions and tomatoes...off to bed for 5 hours and up again to get all dolled up (which is not daily practice usually I throw on a pair of jeans and the closest long sleeve tshirt that is the lesser stained of the pile, and a pair of flip flops).... Nope not today Dress slacks heels and a dress shirt ( all perfectly ironed of course. So Off to Drop kids off at school, DH at work and make it to the office by 7:30 start laying out the platters and getting all of the breakfast ready for said clients and employees...on the table by 8:45 Everyone enjoys the feast and Its like I am cleaning up after a pack of hyenas.... So that gets done and cleaned up (still trying to keep the office clean and well manicured seeing how we have said clients in the office.... EVERYONE walks out at 11:30 and goes to lunch for 2 friekin hours....Leaves lil ole me to answer phones.....So 1:45 rolls around still no lunch in the tummy so I order and eat at my desk whish is normal.... So 5pm is so close I can taste the ice cold bud light already...YAY! so I know pointless and kind of bitch session-ish but eh thats why its my blog.... SO BITE ME!!!

OpeySue (4/18/08 Turns into the Domestic Diva)

the reasoning...........

There is alot of reasoning to why I named my blog this. I was always the it girl, the party girl, the fun girl...... Then I met DH and fell in love and had 2 beautiful baby girls. I am now as domsticated as they come (or try to be anyways) lol! I was a SAHM for 3 yrs. Aysia was 2y8m old and Addy was 8 months old when I went back to work full time.

So I Decided why not try this blogging thing and see how it evolves.

A little about me, Im a 27 y/o working mom, wife, sister, aunt, friend, daughter and woman. I dont eat right,I am insanely under weight (but healthy) I never get enough sleep. I always take on more than I can handle. I can be your worst enemy or your best friend, you decide. I am a damn good mom with a crazy side. I try to set the best example possible for my lil girls. (however easier said than done). I have a hard time letting go of the past. I want things to always be the way I want them. I talk too fast. I am always Right and on rare occasion when Im not I will admit it.

I love my husband dearly, We have had a long hard haul but every fight and middle finger thrown was worth it. He truly is my best friend. I sometimes feel guilty that I dont give him as much time and attention as I should. He has given me the world and everything in it! I try.

My Children,
Aysia(3) is my little girly girl. She loves to dress up and wear mommys make-up. She is truly a Pretty Princess, she doesnt like to get dirty and the world comes crashing down if she does get dirty. She just recently potty trained herself (if you believe that I have bonehandled honkey to sell you too) She is an angel and she loves her family and extended family. Shes always wanting to go see them or call them or making them things. She is a Daddys girl.

Addyson (18 mos.) she should have been a by! She is my lil bruiser shes very tomboyish. She will climb up to the highest point of the couch just to see how far she can jump. (obviously I dont let her do this, But given the oppurtunity she'd be gone) She loves to snuggle and give kisses and she is obsessed with Elmo (or Melmo) and Ducks. She is mommys girl. Addyson was very sick from the time I went back to work until recently. we finally ended up having tubes pput in her ears and her adnoids removed, The poor lil booger lives with a constant sinus infection. She has been a late bloomer with everything from teeth to talking. But she is an Angel.
